Yes … Thurlestone in Devon! We were royally hosted by Lady Captain Heather and husband Mervin… who received the first William’s Fund Christmas card in 2001 and kept it all this time! We were delighted to take the cause down south and were made very welcome on this delightful windy golf course!
A very impressive raffle and a fun putting competition added to the charity of the day and followed other events supporting William’s Fund throughout the year. We also sold Christmas cards …. obviously!! What a wonderful location & lovely ladies too!
We will publish the final amount raised when we know… but for now…here are some pictures from the day…with our sincere thanks to you all.
